Refund policy

At Naturelle Naomi, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day refund policy from the date we receive your order.

To be eligible for a refund, please comply with the following conditions :

  1. The product must be returned in its original condition, without damage or signs of excessive use.
  2. Products must be accompanied by all accessories, manuals, certificates of authenticity and original packaging.
  3. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
  4. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective or the error is our fault.
  5. Refunds will be made via the same method of payment used for the initial purchase, within 7 working days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.
  6. Items on sale or promotion are not eligible for refund, but may be exchanged for an item of equivalent value.

To initiate a return and request a refund, please follow these steps :

  1. Contact our customer service team by e-mail at info@naturellenaomi.com, including your order number, the reason for the return and, if possible, photos of the product concerned.
  2. Carefully package the item to be returned and a copy of your invoice or order confirmation.
  3. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions, using a tracking service to avoid problems related to loss or damage in transit.
